I became a celebrant because I’m an absolute romantic at heart—I’ve always loved love. I cry at proposal videos, I get butterflies during movie kiss scenes I’ve seen countless times, and I’ll spot tiny, tender moments others miss—like the way someone looks at their partner when they think no one’s watching. I am obsessed with handwritten love notes, surprise gestures and bouquets of flowers for no other reason other than it’s a Tuesday afternoon.
